Gary Perry:
From the age of Thirteen Gary worked in the kitchen in his families Pub/Restaurant
The Bakers Arms in Broad Campden in the heart of the Cotswolds.
At the young age of 17 he was given the challenge of Head Chef at this popular
Country-Pub. This gave him the sound base from which to launch his career.
Like most top chefs Garry then gave up his Head Chef title to be part of recognised teams.
Garry honed his talents at:
- The Donay House Hotel, Broadwell.
- Crabwell Manor, Chester
This culminated in being offered a position at the celebrity studded Ahua De Cuba
Restaurant in Liverpool.
This experience added an international flavour to his cooking.
